Young Scientists can impact SA with innovations

Eskom Expo for Young Scientists is a science expo that allows students between grade 5 and 12 to demonstrate their inventiveness and innovation in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics and Innovation. It is endorsed by the Department of Science and Technology.

Projects are judged by 200 specialists and selected from school expos to compete in the Regional Expos, from which projects are further selected to compete in the National Finals. The Cape Town regional Expo takes place every year in August. Supernews was at the Good Hope Centre in Cape Town, to headline ideas with the potential to improve the environment and education the nation.
