Afrika Tikkun marches in support of 16 Days Against Women and Child Abuse

Afrika Tikkun Phuthadithjaba centre in Alexandra went out on a protest march for the ’16 Days Against Women and Child Abuse’ campaign. Afrika Tikkun staff and their beneficiaries marched on the streets of Alexandra Township, Johannesburg. More than 100 people in the community participated in the march.

The organiser of the march, Thuli Siwela said, “I was happy with the way the community engaged. We also handed (out) flyers about (the) 16 days of activism against women and children abuse.”
